Before School Care
We offer Before School Care from 7:30am - children can have weetbix and / or toast for breakfast!
All learners at school before 8:15am are in before school care so that our school can ensure the safety and care for all our students.
After School Care
After School Care is available from 3pm - 5:45pm. Learners have afternoon tea and there are organised supervised activities including time for homework. After school care kids have access to the pool during Term One.
ASC / BSC is held in the Hall, next to our main office.
Enrolment
You may enrol for before/after school care at the school tari/office. Families must complete an enrolment form before their explorer’s first session.
These can be emailed to you.
If you wish your explorer to attend at short notice let the office team know and they will pass the message to your explorer. If you need to contact the before/after school care team directly please txt 022 405 8088.
OSCAR Approved
Goodwood School’s Before & After School Care is an approved OSCAR programme therefore families who use our service may, where eligible, apply for the ‘Out of School Care and Recreation’ (OSCAR) subsidy. This is a payment from WINZ which helps families with the costs of before and after school care. For more details www.workandincome.govt.nz (search OSCAR), or ask at the school office.
